Boosting Early Years Enrolment
A multi-channel enrolment campaign and branded public event designed to increase awareness of Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programming, engage prospective families, and support enrolment growth.
The Challenge
Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten enrolment requires more than general school promotion. Families need clear, accessible information early in their decision-making process, along with a compelling reason to explore their options. Our goal was to increase awareness of early learning opportunities across the Division and create a campaign that would drive meaningful interest and attendance.

The Work
We developed and executed a multi-channel campaign to promote Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programming across the Division. The campaign included billboard advertising, flyers, social media content, and promotional videos designed to build awareness and drive attendance at the Expo.
Beyond promotion, we also planned and delivered the Expo itself. Our team managed registration, coordinated staff volunteers, and developed branded event materials such as signage, tablecloths, and other supporting assets to create a polished, informative experience for families. I led and contributed to both the campaign and the event execution, helping carry the work from initial promotion through to delivery.

The Outcome
Together, the campaign and Expo helped increase awareness of Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programming while creating a strong, branded experience for prospective families. Between 2023 and 2026, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten enrolment grew by 12% during a period of province-wide decline among rural school divisions. The Expo also drew strong participation, with 124 families registering and 105 attending across two events.
