Aviation Pathway Launch

A high-profile program launch designed to introduce a new Aviation Pathway, build awareness through media and digital channels, and position the Division as a leader in career-connected learning.

The Challenge

Launching a new program required more than a standard announcement. We needed to introduce the Aviation Pathway in a way that felt credible, exciting, and accessible to students, families, partners, and the broader community. The launch also needed to reflect the significance of the partnership and position the program as a meaningful new opportunity within the Division.

The Work

We planned and executed a multi-channel launch for the Aviation Pathway Program in collaboration with Edmonton Airports and Elevate Aviation. The work included a co-branded media announcement, a dedicated webpage, launch content for social media, event branding, and supporting materials used throughout the launch event.

I led and contributed to the communications and creative work surrounding the launch, helping shape how the program was introduced across digital, media, and event channels. This included creating launch content, supporting visual branding, and helping ensure the program was presented in a way that felt polished, exciting, and aligned across all touchpoints.

The Outcome

The launch helped generate strong visibility for the new program and positioned the Division as a leader in career-connected learning. The student-focused launch video performed strongly across social platforms, generating just over 41,000 organic views across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The program launch also received media attention and created a polished, high-profile introduction to the new pathway.
